Break up the monotony of classwork by attending a webcast online. There are several free options for students in regards to educational webcasts. You can watch math videos on Youtube, or listen to subject matter experts in the fields of homeland security, intelligence, or learn something new and watch tech videos on gadgets you can use for classwork. By mixing things up, you’ll exercise multiple parts of your mind and skills… this works in a similar manner to training.

When you exercise, it is best to vary – walk one day, ride a bike the next, play tennis, etc… This gives you a full workout.  Apply this to your mind and vary your methods of study. The end result will be a fit mind.
