Interview with Kirk R. Gray
Email Marketing Manager, American Public University

Staying motivated in school is difficult enough when you have a full-time job. When you start to factor in other distractions that can make the student experience more daunting to maintain. We recently interviewed Kirk Gray, a non-traditional online student. His learning experience may be different from some, but similar to others in that he has ADD. He hasn’t allowed his Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) to hamper his efforts in school, instead he’s found alternative routes to harness it. In this podcast he shares his tips for finding a pacing peer in class, apps to stay on top of his schedule, and words of encouragement for those in a similar situation.
