Keisha is a self-professed content guru with more than 12 years of experience writing and editing for the Web. After graduating with a B.A. in Journalism from Howard University, Keisha found that the quick pace and ever-changing nature of the Internet is what she loved. Since then, discovering and exploring all-things digital and interactive has been the forefront of her career.
Keisha currently works in online marketing at American Public University System and lives in Washington, DC with her husband and toddler daughter.

Dan currently works in higher education and brings over a decade of service in the education sector to OnlineLearningTips. Dan’s primary focus is on technology and education and he is an advocate of leveraging video and social media as educational tools in the classroom (both traditional and virtual). Dan graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, VA (where he currently served as president of their alumni association for four years) and went on to earn a degree in management information systems from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Moore comes to American Military University (AMU) from the health sciences sector, specializing in wellness consulting for individuals and organizations. Dr. Moore holds a Doctor of Philosophy in psychology from Northcentral University. He also holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He is a native of Chicago, and lives on the city’s North Side.
James Herhusky, APUS Member, Board of TrusteesHerhusky has been part of APUS for over 13 years in key leadership positions including its Chief Operating Officer and culminating as the Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement. He transitioned over th the board in May 2008.
