Avoid Your Mental Plateau With Brain Teasers

The easy part of going to class is actually showing up, but if you’re an online student you have to will yourself to sign into the classroom at times. How can you get past this? Besides, being a self-starter and leaving encouraging notes for yourself maybe it’s time to try a different approach…external mental stimulation.

Here’s what I mean, try something that excites your brain outside of class. Start with a brain teaser. These are great mental stimulators, and could potentially improve memory. As a student, graduate or undergraduate, you are forced to remember copious amounts of information and will probably be required to apply it early on in your career field.
