Vlog with Dr. Kimberlee Ratliff, Program Director, School Counseling & Student Affairs; Heidi Stream, Active Minds Chapter President; and Rhiannon Brown, Active Minds Webmaster

Discussing suicide and mental health issues is difficult for those who are struggling, especially when no resources seem easily available. All too often, society is quick to judge and blame not only those who commit suicide, but the people around them.

Award-winning student organization Active Minds is dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health awareness, providing nonjudgmental resources for the people they help. In this video, faculty advisor Dr. Kimberlee Ratliff and chapter leaders Heidi Stream and Rhiannon Brown discuss the work of this organization.
