For many of our university students, motivation is one of the main keys to completing a degree. So when we asked on social media what motivated our students to pursue a masterâ€™s degree, we werenâ€™t surprised that AMU and APU students share common motivators that inspired them to continue their education. These motivators include family, pride and accomplishment, greater career opportunities and a love for learning.

Earning my online degree with AMU set me up for success in so many ways. The professors who work directly in the field allowed me to have an optimal learning experience. Also, I developed soft skills like self-discipline, communication, initiative and dependability, which are key aspects in sports and in life. Those soft skills are what I need to be successful in my career.
